With an extensive background spanning entrepreneurship, automotive sales, financial advising, and business development, he offers a unique perspective on helping clients secure traditional financing solutions. Having played a key role in building the banking program from the ground up, Appio combines leadership, industry knowledge, and quick decision-making to support both his team and clients. His ability to develop strong relationships with banking partners and structure customized financing strategies helps business owners access solutions tailored to their specific goals while driving continued growth for the program and the company.

Outside of work, Appio enjoys staying active and challenging himself through fitness, boating, fishing, and endurance events such as Spartan Races and Tough Mudders. A passionate foodie, he enjoys exploring new restaurants and experiences whenever he can. He is also an avid hockey fan and spends much of his free time in the gym, learning new training techniques, and researching investment opportunities. Above all, Appio values his family, personal relationships, and faith, continually striving to grow both personally and professionally while strengthening his relationship with God and expanding his knowledge in all areas of life.
