Outside of work, Matt enjoys spending time reading, with historical fiction being one of his favorite genres. A former competitive swimmer, he competed at the state championship level while growing up, developing the discipline and determination that still guide him today. After graduating high school, Matt spent two years living in New York City, where he gained new experiences and a deeper appreciation for different cultures and perspectives. He enjoys continuous learning, personal growth, and exploring the stories that shape history.
