He is a fan of baseball, basketball, snowboarding, and all things automotive. Before entering the finance industry, James worked as a welder, an experience that helped shape his strong work ethic and hands-on approach to problem-solving. While he enjoys a variety of hobbies and interests, family remains the most important part of his life and serves as his greatest source of motivation both personally and professionally.
