Lexington Capital Holdings Named No. 668 on the 2026 Inc. 5000
A milestone worth pausing on.
This month, we're proud to share that Lexington Capital Holdings has been named No. 668 on the 2026 Inc. 5000, the annual ranking of the fastest-growing private companies in America. It's a list built on one thing: real, sustained growth, the kind that comes from doing the fundamentals well, year after year. Past honorees have included Microsoft, Meta, Chobani, Oracle, and Patagonia, each recognized at a pivotal, earlier chapter of their story. Being named alongside them is a moment we don't take lightly.
Who We Are & Why This Matters
Since our founding in 2022, Lexington Capital Holdings has worked to close a gap in small business lending: too many strong, capable businesses get overlooked by conventional banks simply because they don't fit a rigid credit box. We built our model around a different idea: that funding decisions should be based on a business's real potential, not just a formula.
To do that, we've built a network of roughly 75 alternative lenders alongside national and regional banks and credit unions, giving us the flexibility to match each business with the right solution rather than a one-size-fits-all product. Our services span term loans, equipment financing, business and start-up lines of credit, invoice factoring, and more, supporting business owners across industries including medical, real estate, manufacturing, and freelance and independent work.
A Word From Our Founder
"This didn't happen overnight, and it definitely didn't happen without failure. I can't count how many times things didn't go the way I planned: deals that fell through, doors that closed, moments where it would've been easier to quit than to keep going. But I never stopped believing in what we were building here. Every setback taught us something we needed to become the company we are today. This ranking isn't just a number. It's proof that persistence pays off, and it's a reflection of every single person who showed up, believed in this mission, and refused to give up right alongside me. To the entire Lexington family: this is as much yours as it is mine."
- Frankie DiAntonio, Founder & CEO
The Bigger Picture
Lexington joins 5,000 other honorees this year, spanning industries from fintech and healthcare to consumer products and advanced manufacturing, companies proving that independent, entrepreneurial businesses remain one of the most powerful engines in the American economy. Collectively, this year's honorees have added hundreds of thousands of jobs to the U.S. economy.
What's Next
This is a milestone, not a finish line. We're not slowing down. We're just getting started. The plan ahead is simple: keep building. Keep growing our team, keep strengthening our lender network, and keep showing up for the businesses that need us. We're setting our sights higher, too. This Inc. 5000 recognition is one accolade on a list we intend to keep adding to, with our eyes on standards like the Fortune 500 as a marker of where Lexington is headed. The work that got us here is the same work that's going to take us there.
From Our Hearts to Yours
Milestones like this one are never really about a single moment. They're about every person who helped get us here.
To our clients: thank you for trusting us when you needed it most, and for letting us be part of your journey. To our lender partners: thank you for believing in the people we bring to you and finding solutions alongside us instead of just saying no.
And to the Lexington family, our team, past and present: thank you doesn't feel like enough. You showed up on the hard days, not just the easy ones. You are Lexington Capital Holdings, and this recognition belongs to you as much as it does to any one name at the top.
We didn't get here because everything went right. We got here because we refused to let the things that went wrong be the end of the story. Here's to the family that built this, and to everything we're still building together.
